These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and th77 (hereinafter referred to as "th77", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at https://th77.ws.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the th77 platform — including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer games, slot games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language version and any other communication, the English text shall govern and prevail. All disputes, queries, and correspondence relating to these Terms shall be conducted in English.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with th77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the Player and th77.

Access to and use of the th 77 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any service on th77, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from accessing any part of the th77 platform, including free-play or demonstration modes.

th77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to during the registration process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder may not meet the minimum age requirement. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority.

Where a Player is found to have provided false information regarding their age, th77 will immediately suspend and permanently close the account in question. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting any amounts wagered. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited in full without exception.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, Players must also satisfy the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active th77 account:

• The Player must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Players.
• The Player must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of th77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• The Player must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated or recognised by th77.
• The Player must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• The Player must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and withdrawal services on th77, Players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge. Players may hold only one account per household, per device, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been used to fund the account and is registered in the same name as the th77 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, th77 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the account permanently.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, a maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings may apply. This limit will be clearly communicated in the promotion-specific terms and is subject to change at th77's discretion.

By using the th77 platform, Players agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on th77:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that could be considered a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players or th77 staff, or any activity designed to corrupt the integrity of any game or sports event available on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used by th77.
• Using the platform while under the influence of substances or in circumstances where the Player's judgment is impaired and they are unable to make informed decisions.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your th77 account.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using offensive language toward th77 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.

th77 monitors platform activity for compliance with these obligations on an ongoing basis. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, th77 may take immediate action including but not limited to suspending account access, withholding pending withdrawals, voiding bonus balances and associated winnings, and permanently closing the account without prior notice.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request the closure of their th77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, th77 will process any outstanding verified withdrawals of real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method before deactivating the account. Bonus balances remaining at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are handled immediately and with priority.

th77-Initiated Suspension: th77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in any of the following:

• A breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen or misappropriated payment credentials.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against th77 through a payment provider or bank.
• Activity consistent with money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring th77 to restrict account access.

th77-Initiated Permanent Closure: Where a violation is confirmed, th77 may proceed to permanently close the account. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance will be handled in accordance with th77's internal investigation outcomes. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, th77 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. th77 will attempt to notify the Player via their registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to the account balance, until either the account balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account by logging in. Players wishing to avoid dormancy fees should log in at least once every 12 months.

The th77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While th77 makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform and to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed, th77 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, th77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings arising from the use of, or inability to use, the th77 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet outages, mobile network disruptions, power failures, or other circumstances beyond th77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to adequately protect their account credentials or from the sharing of login information with a third party.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by a technical error — th77 reserves the right to correct such errors and to void affected bets or transactions where appropriate.
• Any loss incurred as a result of a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

th77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Governing Language and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and all communications between th77 and its Players are conducted in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the th77 platform, Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. th77 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. The support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, based on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with th77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and th77 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
